Shipping Policy

At BIG NOSE, we strive to provide timely and efficient shipping services to our customers. Please read the following shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle deliveries and what to expect when placing an order with us.

1. Dispatch Time: Delivery time begins once your payment has been cleared, and the item has been dispatched from our warehouse. Typically, this process takes 1-2 working days after receipt of cleared payment.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes:

  • Victoria: Approximately 3-8 working days
  • NSW, SA, ACT, QLD: Approximately 5-10 working days
  • WA, NT, TAS: Approximately 7-14 working days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates provided by our delivery partners and may vary depending on factors beyond our control.

3. Undeliverable Packages: In the rare event that your parcel is returned to us, a customer service representative will contact you via email to arrange re-delivery or provide a refund.

4. Inaccurate Address: If there are any address discrepancies with your order resulting in the product being returned to us, a member of our customer care team will be in touch. Please note that a re-delivery cost may apply.

5. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt: If you are not present when your order is delivered by Australia Post, a notification will be left in your mailbox to pick up your parcel at your local post office. For deliveries by Aramex or Allied Express, arrangements will be made in advance, and a re-delivery cost may occur if you are not home at the arranged time.

6. Rejected by Receiver: If your item is a gift, please ensure the receiver is aware to avoid parcel rejection. A re-delivery cost may apply if the parcel needs to be resent.

7. Delivery Delays: While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, please note that delivery may take longer than expected due to various reasons. If you do not receive your item within ten business days, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

8. Undeliverable Postcodes: While we aim to deliver to as many locations as possible, there are still some postcodes that are undeliverable for certain SKUs. Additional shipping fees may apply for deliveries to remote areas, and orders with no shipment service will be cancelled and refunded automatically.

9. International Shipping: We currently do not ship internationally.

10. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
