Refund Policy

Our refunds policy is designed to comply with Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 of Australia and Parts 6 and 7 of the Competition and Consumer Regulations 2010 while also providing clarity and transparency tailored to our store.

30-Day Return Policy: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item for a refund, exchange, or store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Free Returns on Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty or defective item, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Simply contact us with details of the issue, and we'll provide you with a prepaid return label to send the item back to us.

Exchanges: Exchanges are possible within the 30-day return window. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back to us. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange promptly.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for the faulty or incorrect item to be returned at our expense. You will have the option to receive a replacement item or a full refund.

Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. This fee covers the cost of processing and restocking returned merchandise. When processing your refund, we will deduct the restocking fee from the original purchase price, as well as the original shipping cost if applicable.
